My professional and educational experiences encompass proven leadership in multi-functional property and construction management. I provide an established track record in managing large, fast paced, multi-million dollar multi-family construction projects and teams with varied product lines. 

A self motivated leader with meticulous attention to detail has allowed me to deliver quality finished projects to home owners, developers, investors and in-house owner groups. Thriving on the bottom line, I’m eager, striving to outperform my personal standards while continually learning about the industry’s new design ideas and construction methods. Daily accountability of my team, subcontractors and vendors in regards to maintaining budgets, contracts, scopes and relationships created my success in project management. Furthermore, completing projects safely, on schedule and within budget through excellent communication and coordination are the core qualities of my project management principles. 

I am originally from Richmond, Virginia and attended Virginia Tech where I majored in construction sciences. Currently, I live in Mount Pleasant with my wife and two sons. I love to be on the water – whether it’s out on the beach, fishing with friends, or cruising the waterways on the boat with my family.

My name is Trinity DiMuzio, and I serve as Controller and Pre-Construction Coordinator at M&W Projects. Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, I recently relocated to Charleston and bring a strong background in office management, permitting, accounting, and financial controls to our team.

I take pride in keeping our projects organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. By maintaining efficient processes and supporting the team every step of the way, I help ensure every build stays on track from pre-construction through completion.

Outside of work, I enjoy whipping up new recipes in the kitchen, exploring everything Charleston has to offer, and staying active through fitness and working out. 

Interior Designer & Project Coordinator

Hi! I am Madison Smith! I am our in-house Interior Designer and Project Coordinator. Like Justin, I am also a Virginia native. I earned my B.S. in Human Environmental Sciences with a concentration in Interior Design from the University of Alabama. After graduation, I relocated to Charleston in 2020 to begin my career in interior design and construction, focusing on helping clients turn their vision for a home into a beautifully designed reality. With a deep understanding of both aesthetics and functionality, I work closely with homeowners, tradesmen, and designers to ensure every detail—from floor plans and finishes to lighting and furnishings—reflects thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship.

On my off hours, you can find me at the beach, on walks in Mount Pleasant with my dog Beamer or hosting a fun party!
