This full-house historic renovation gave us the opportunity to completely reimagine a charming 1889 Lowcountry farmhouse in the Old Village. Already gutted when we started, the project offered tremendous creative freedom while staying true to its original charm. We extended the kitchen and added a welcoming back porch, removed and reframed the entire second level to add valuable square footage, expanded two bedrooms, and created a spacious Jack & Jill bathroom. Throughout the process, the homeowner and their designer thoughtfully selected finishes that preserve the warmth and timeless soul of this classic farmhouse, beautifully blending historic character with modern functionality.
